I agree with paying how someone performs their job as a waiter/waitress. However, this doesn't give them the right to go and tarnish that person's name because they had a lackluster performance with the customer. Being a senator doesn't protect you from defamation lawsuits. I went to this restaurant's FB page and looked at their reviews and they have plenty of reviews that are not favorable. Sounds like their food is expensive and not worth it and service is poor there.
